Spain, Mallorca
Cycling: An island built for cycling with excellent infrastructure, beautiful routes, lots of cafes and mostly respectful motorists. Near Soller limited but excellent but challenging and VERY hilly routes. Rec cyclists are shuttled to more rolling routes. Near Pollensa or Inca: more variety, access to rolling routes but you have to shuttle to get some of the best hilly routes.
