 This traditional Catalan masia has been recently restored to a very high standard with excellent fixtures, amenities and decorations.

Furthermore, the location, on 25 acres of forested land but with the renowned beachs of the Costa Brava close by, just a 10 minute drive away.
There are eight bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) spread over three sections of the house, a layout that allows for the privacy that teenagers (and their parents) or a big group of friends sometimes need.

From the cobblestone arrival courtyard, you can access any of the three wings. One has two en-suite bedrooms (with double and twin beds). Another wing also has two en-suite bedrooms (each with with doubles 140cm/53”). These wings both have kitchenettes in one of their bedrooms. The main house has an additional four en-suite bedrooms all the second floor.

The bright but simple elegance of the decor the main building is striking – white washed stone walls that keep the house cool, gnarled exposed overhead beams, whimsical contemporary artwork. The main floor has a large living room with television and comfortable seating and it leads onto a terrace with an outdoor dining area.  ​

​A path leads from the terrace to the pool and a porch which houses a fitness center and another covered dining area and BBQ.
