Sleeps up to 13 adults in 7 bedrooms. Main House: Ground floor: Bedroom 1 with two twins (35") and tub; Bedroom 2 with small double 47" (shower). Upper Floor: Bedroom 3 with large Queen (67") and bathroom (tub); Bedroom 4 with two twins (35") which can be made up as a King, and shower; Bedroom 5 with large Queen (67") and tub. Guest house: Ground floor Bedroom 6 with two twins (35"), which can be made up as a King, sitting room and shower. Upper floor: Bedroom 7 with two twins (35"), sitting room and tub. Living Space The main house features a warm and spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system, and a dining room that seats up to 16. There’s also a quiet studio space on the first floor with laptop computer, telephone, ISDN Internet connection and fax. Both bedrooms in the guesthouse both include a small sitting room and en suite bathroom. Outdoors A veranda overlooks the pool area and the Val d’Orcia. Pergola off the kitchen for outdoor dining. Large grounds with spectacular views and olive groves nearby. The pool (20’x40’) is naturally heated to of 86°F.
