Upper level:
Master: bedroom suite with large sliding windows onto pool terrace. Large dressing room and two ensuite bathrooms (one with wet room shower, the other with Jacuzzi bath)
Bedroom 2 (king size or twin) with en-suite bathroom and patio windows onto side terrace.
Bedroom 3 and 4 , one with superking bed (or 2 singles) plus large shower room; the other has a king-size bed and good sized bath/shower room

Lower level:
Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7, all en-suite and with king sized beds (or two singles)
Bedroom 8 – internal bedroom so no views,a superking bed (or two singles) and an en-suite shower room.

Living Space
The entrance portico to the house opens up to an expansive open plan living space with high ceilings, black slate floor with under-floor heating and large panoramic views. This area is arranged to provide a large space for more formal dining, together with two lounge areas each with picture windows looking out across the Mediterranean This second lounge area features a large flat screen TV and glass double-fronted fireplace that can be opened both internally and externally out onto the patio/pool terrace.The open plan space can be sectioned off into more intimate areas with an impressive system of discreet sliding wood paneling.

Outdoors
Large terrace with patio seating and dining area, a double fronted fireplace and a large built-in barbeque.Teak decking surrounds the large infinity pool, which has a water jet and cold water shower together with a large Jacuzzi overlooking the bay. Steps descend down from the decking to an area planted with lemon trees, rosemary and many olive trees.There is parking space for around 6 cars, plus plenty of parking available on the road outside.

Sitting on top of a famous bay and with a well-known National Park behind, this is truly a villa with one of the most exclusive settings you’ll ever experience. Surrounded by olive trees and built from the natural slate rock on which it stands, the house has been carefully designed to blend in with the landscape.

With expansive open plan living spaces, high ceilings and large panoramic windows,  the scenery and architecture have been brilliantly brought together. The bay, with its beautiful beach, fishing boats and magical lightinspired the famous painter Savador Dali, whose house -now preserved as a museum- sits just minutes away.

Casa Panoramica is literally just a few meters from the water’s edge, and a mere twenty-minute walk to the bustling town of Cadaques, with its distinctive church and whitewashed houses tumbling down the hillsides around a beautiful horseshoe shaped bay.

The house has been designed with accessibility in mind. Whilst on 2 floors, the main living and sleeping areas and access to the terrace and pool are accommodated on the ground floor level that has good wheelchair access. Distributed in three main wings this floor includes a large open plan sitting room, one main kitchen, a second kitchen and 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.

A modern polished wooden staircase takes you down to a lower level with an extra 4 bedrooms, sitting/home cinema room, sauna, laundry room and games room (with table tennis).
