Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and the annexe has one bedroom with its own bathroom.
Bedroom 1. Master suite with Coco-Mat King size bed. Huge bathroom with double inside shower, outside shower and bath tub.
Bedrooms 2. Double bedroom suitable for disabled access with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3. Double bed.
Bedroom 4. Double bed.
(N.B. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom with shower.)
Bedroom 5. Double bedroom in self-contained annexe with its own bathroom, kitchenette and study.

All the bedrooms have underfloor cooling in summer.

Living Spaces
Large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with direct access to the garden and pool. Games room with table football. The annexe has an upstairs study, ideal for artists to draw inspiration from the beautiful surroundings.

Outdoors
Various garden terraces but the main feature of the outdoors is the large infinity pool. The space between the pool and the house has variuos seating areas plus a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. The pool is a natural pool and is flitered by plants, no chemicals. Orange, lemon and peach trees. Large trampoline, table tennis and plenty of trees where hammocks can be slung.

Nearest town 10 minutes, Girona 30 minutes, Girona airport 20 minutes, nearest Costa Brava beaches 25 minutes. Barcelona 90 minutes.

Rebuilt from scratch by a renowned Barcelona architect, both the main house and the smaller annex have bedrooms on the lower level and living spaces on the upper level. Rebuilt using reclaimed materials and modern innovations the house blends perfectly into the landscape.

The house is big, modern, light and spacious. It is furnished to the highest standards with modern furniture and a gorgeous Bulthaup kitchen. Outdoors the large infinity pool enjoys some of the best panoramic views to be had in the Girona province.
